By the end of the week, there were only a handful of us at the site. The last day dawned sunny but that changed en route.
It was an excellent campsite, living up to its reviews. Large pitches and not too many of them. Decent modern facilities, with very powerful, hot (almost scaldingly so) showers. The only real downer was that we had to drive to actually get anywhere.
Robin was particularly impressed to spot a young rabbit right behind our caravan on the last evening. It was sitting right outside its burrow and we were able to get very close indeed.
